Prior experience in factory work or manufacturing is preferred but not required, training will be provided

Salary

Salary: GHC3,500 -GHC7,000

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production, assembly, and finishing
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines for manufacturing tasks.
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- Operate machinery and tools used in production as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company standards.
- Report any issues or defects in materials or equipment to the supervisor.
