Requirements

  • Age: 21-43 years
  • Updated CV
  • Full-Size Picture
  • Valid passport (Passport Data Page required).
  • Recent Passport-size Picture (soft copy required)
  • Minimum Height: 165 cm
  • Minimum Weight: 60 kg  
  • English Level: JHS requires at least
  • Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
  • Excellent physical fitness and ability to handle physical tasks.
  • Ability to stay alert and vigilant at all times.
  • Good communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Valid UAE security guard license (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work in shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Eligibility: Ex-army/police/security guards are welcome to apply.
  • Freshers with good health who can read and write in English are also encouraged to apply.
  • - Additional Requirements:  
  • Tattoos must not be visible
  • Physically fit and well-groomed  
  • Must be ready to travel and work in Dubai as a security officer at hotels, malls, buildings, and airports. Flexibility with shifts is essential.  

Salary

Salary: 1,700AED per month (GHC7,100) PLUS OVERTIME

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure the safety and security of the assigned premises and personnel.
    • Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access.
    • Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, or incidents.
    • Operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and other monitoring devices.
    • Maintain detailed records of security activities and incidents.
    • Conduct routine checks to ensure all safety protocols are being followed.
    • Collaborate with local law enforcement if necessary during emergencies.
    • Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and staff as needed.
